 Events REUNION SHIRT - WINNING BID £600 Thank you to everyone who placed a bid for the shirt signed by all the former players and managers who attended the recent former players' reunion. The highest bid made was £600. Another bid was received 45 minutes after the deadline but in fairness to everyone who had taken part the dealing of 9pm on Saturday was adhered to.
Race Night. Saturday, 1st October Trust In Yellow 'Race Night'. Saturday, 1st October. A reminder that we are holding our Race Night this Saturday in the Grandstand Bar after the Cambridge match. The first race is at 6-30pm and Liam and the players will be present. Please come along and support this event and have an enjoyable evening.
Cricket Match. Sunday, 31st August CRICKET MATCH Liam Watson XI V Trust In Yellow XI Sunday 31st July at The Rookery, Roe Lane, Southport Match starts at 2-00 pm Admission is free The Trust have organised a cricket match between players and supporters Liam Watson will be captaining his team including first team players (and a certain Steve Dickinson), and maybe a couple of other club staff. The Trust will be keen to avenge the defeat in the recent Quiz! This is a great chance for supporters and playing squad to meet up. Entrance to the game is free. So please come along and enjoy the high quality 20/20 match.
They think its all a question of Sport!! They think it’s all a Question of Sport! - Tuesday, 26th April, Grandstand Bar. Based on a mixture of the two popular TV Sports Quiz programmes, the evening will feature two teams. Liam Watson will captain a team of four from the club and they will play a team of four supporters. Liam has selected his team but is not revealing their identity yet but it will contain at least one current squad member. The night will also celebrate the 5th Anniversary of Trust In Yellow and Trust President, Eric Redrobe, together with a few other former players will be in the audience. Tickets are now on sale for £2 to Trust In Yellow Members, £3 Non Members and can be obtained in the Club Shop on Good Friday (9.0am to 12 noon) or Club Shop or Trust Office at the Darlington match, or on the coach to Tamworth,
Championship Dinner Thursday, 17th June The Trust has booked a table at the 'Championship Dinner' that the club has arranged for Thursday evening, 17th June at 7-30pm at the Southport Theatre. If any other T.I.Y. members would like to join us we can add more people at the table. The evening features a guest speaker in BARRY FRY, the comedian Sean Styles and the star guests are LIAM WATSON and his Championship squad.
