The next members meeting will take place on Thursday 20th March at 7.30pm in the Vice Presidents bar.

The meeting will include a full report of the recent meeting with the club and a discussion on arrangements for coach travel to away matches.

A full agenda will be online in the next couple of days.

For the match at Kidderminster next Saturday the Trust coach departs at 11am, and a seat costs GBP19 for members, GBP24 non-members, if paid in advance.

Under 16s can travel for a third of the advertised price if accompanied by an adult.

Prices are based on a break-even basis and a reduction may be considered if there are more than 25 bookings. To book your seat, call Alan Scarisbrick as soon as possible on 07980911693.

Over the past two seasons, Trust in Yellow has successfully run a Player of the Month award. However, football is not just about the players, it's also about the fans.

This is why we are now in search of the ‘Trust in Yellow Fan of the Season’.

Do you know someone, or do you, demonstrate an exceptional passion for the club and what it means to be a Southport FC fan?

Is there someone within the Southport FC fan community that is an unsung hero that you think deserves recognition?

Do you know the kind of fan that makes this Club special by helping those around you?

Has your commitment and dedication to Southport FC led you to travel to the most games, or go the extra mile in your support?

These are just a few examples, but it’s up to you to decide why they should be nominated.

After Saturdays trip to Woking, Southports next away league match is at Chester a week on Tuesday, 18 March.

With only a few points separating the two sides towards the bottom of the Skrill Premier, it promises to be a hugely important local derby.

The Trust in Yellow coach departs Merseyrail Community Stadium, Haig Avenue at 5.15pm, with a price of GBP11 members, GBP16 non-members, if paid in advance.

Anyone who was booked on the coach to the original match at Chester can travel for GBP5.
